Lunch offers a three-course, prix-fixe menu priced at $75, with or without a wine pairing, designed to provide diners with a sense of place. The menu is available everyday for guests and the general public. Advance reservations are required.

Dinner

5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Sierra Mar offers a traditional four-course, prix fixe dinner menu that changes daily. Dinner service is available for hotel guests and the general public. Advance reservations are required.

Our dress code is casual elegant. Please wear something that you would feel most comfortable in for a nice dinner out, however shorts, t-shirts, sandals or athletic gear are not permitted. Jacket and tie are not required for men.

About the Chef

Chef Elizabeth Murray is the Executive Chef at Sierra Mar. Chef Murray’s cooking style inspires palettes with Big Sur refined dining infused with a mosaic of cultural influences, informed by her extensive background melding country craftsmanship and European technique.

Chef Murray’s unique culinary philosophy originated with her country upbringing in a small community in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, where she learned to embrace the authenticity of home-style cooking techniques that emphasize the true essence of ingredients’ natural flavors.

Chef Murray and the culinary team at Sierra Mar aspire to do their part in creating a lasting memory of guests’ time at Post Ranch Inn by curating a dining experience that highlights the very best of Big Sur.
